Ray Juman currently serves as the President and CEO of Razorback Direct, a company he founded in 2022. He has 28 years of globalized experience in upstream energy and chemical manufacturing. He has lived and worked in more than 11 countries, and held Executive Leadership roles at regional, hemispherical and global levels. His longest expatriate assignments were in Asia Pacific where he was based in Thailand and Singapore. Prior to Razorback Direct, he worked for Ecolab and Schlumberger. Across his career he has managed businesses with the annualized operating revenues in excess of $0.5B, negotiated and secured contracts between $10M- $1.2 B. He has led teams of greater than 278.

Aaron Taylor is a Co-Founder & Operations Director, Razorback Direct Solutions and Services LLC. Aaron Taylor is a proven leader in engineering and operations with a strong track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments. As a co-founder of Razorback Direct Solutions and Services LLC, he brings decades of hands-on experience in the energy sector, including extensive fieldwork, project leadership, and team development. A U.S. Army veteran with combat deployments, Aaron is grounded in discipline, accountability, and adaptability. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has completed numerous military and professional leadership courses. His leadership philosophy combines precision execution with cross-functional collaboration—ensuring outcomes are delivered with integrity and impact.

Before launching Razorback Direct, Aaron served in multiple leadership roles at CHX, rising to District Manager for U.S. Land operations. His expertise spans filtration, field operations, logistics, and equipment commissioning, with a focus on helping clients solve complex technical challenges. Outside of work, Aaron is a devoted family man who enjoys the outdoors, riding ATVs, and making memories with his kids. He’s known for his ability to get things done without losing sight of the people behind the work.

Dr. Brian Mueller is an experienced technology, innovation, and industry consultant with 34 years of experience.   He holds a doctorate in Physical Inorganic Chemistry from Texas A&M where he studied small molecule activation with a focus on the kinetics and thermodynamics of CO2 activation and conversion to higher order molecules.  He completed post-doctoral work in silicon-based materials from the University of Michigan.   He has been active in the industrial specialty chemicals field with claims to over 40 patents.  Currently, he is active in the field of water treatment (Treatment Chemistry, Scaling and Process Development).  He is an expert in basic processes and technologies. (filtration, advanced oxidation and clarification).  He is committed to the economic reuse of wastewater.  He possesses an expert level proficiency in brine chemistry simulation using OLI Studio/Flowsheet (world renowned thermodynamic modeling softare).  He is experience in corrosion modeling for CCS CO2 injection, Oil and Gas Well Design, H2S Fugacity and making materials selections for these applications.  He also is an experienced writer of SBIR grant proposals.
