Ray Juman currently serves as the President and CEO of Razorback Direct, a company he founded in 2022. He has 28 years of globalized experience in upstream energy and chemical manufacturing. He has lived and worked in more than 11 countries, and held Executive Leadership roles at regional, hemispherical and global levels. His longest expatriate assignments were in Asia Pacific where he was based in Thailand and Singapore. Prior to Razorback Direct, he worked for Ecolab and Schlumberger. Across his career he has managed businesses with the annualized operating revenues in excess of $0.5B, negotiated and secured contracts between $10M- $1.2 B. He has led teams of greater than 278.

Aaron Taylor is a Co-Founder & Operations Director, Razorback Direct Solutions and Services LLC. Aaron Taylor is a proven leader in engineering and operations with a strong track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments. As a co-founder of Razorback Direct Solutions and Services LLC, he brings decades of hands-on experience in the energy sector, including extensive fieldwork, project leadership, and team development. A U.S. Army veteran with combat deployments, Aaron is grounded in discipline, accountability, and adaptability. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has completed numerous military and professional leadership courses. His leadership philosophy combines precision execution with cross-functional collaboration—ensuring outcomes are delivered with integrity and impact.

Before launching Razorback Direct, Aaron served in multiple leadership roles at CHX, rising to District Manager for U.S. Land operations. His expertise spans filtration, field operations, logistics, and equipment commissioning, with a focus on helping clients solve complex technical challenges. Outside of work, Aaron is a devoted family man who enjoys the outdoors, riding ATVs, and making memories with his kids. He’s known for his ability to get things done without losing sight of the people behind the work.

Dr. Brian Mueller is an experienced technology, innovation, and industry consultant with 34 years of experience.   He holds a doctorate in Physical Inorganic Chemistry from Texas A&M where he studied small molecule activation with a focus on the kinetics and thermodynamics of CO2 activation and conversion to higher order molecules.  He completed post-doctoral work in silicon-based materials from the University of Michigan.   He has been active in the industrial specialty chemicals field with claims to over 40 patents.  Currently, he is active in the field of water treatment (Treatment Chemistry, Scaling and Process Development).  He is an expert in basic processes and technologies. (filtration, advanced oxidation and clarification).  He is committed to the economic reuse of wastewater.  He possesses an expert level proficiency in brine chemistry simulation using OLI Studio/Flowsheet (world renowned thermodynamic modeling softare).  He is experience in corrosion modeling for CCS CO2 injection, Oil and Gas Well Design, H2S Fugacity and making materials selections for these applications.  He also is an experienced writer of SBIR grant proposals.

Mark Weber is the Senior Project Manager at BrineIQ, a position he has held since December 2024. He brings 14 years of experience in engineering, operations, and project management across the oil and gas sector, with a specialized focus on water management and infrastructure optimization.

Prior to joining BrineIQ, Mark served as Senior Completions Engineer at Rockcliff Energy, where he was responsible for budgeting and responsibly deploying more than $400 million in annual capital expenditures in the Haynesville Basin. His earlier roles at EXCO Resources spanned the Haynesville, Eagle Ford, and Marcellus shale plays, where he held a variety of engineering and operations leadership positions.

Mark combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, particularly in the areas of project execution, data analytics, financial planning, and strategic development. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from Rice University.

Joey Koenig is the President of 7robotics, a robotics integration company specializing in custom automation systems for manufacturing environments. With four years of experience in the robotics industry, Joey has played a key role in the company’s growth, having originally joined as Business Director before being promoted to President.

Prior to 7robotics, Joey spent 14 years at Seismic Exchange, Inc. (SEI) in Houston, where he built a successful career in sales and client relationship management within the energy sector. His experience at SEI laid a strong foundation in B2B sales and operational strategy, which he has since applied to the fast-evolving automation landscape.

Joey holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. His leadership at 7robotics is defined by a focus on customer value, strategic execution, and building resilient revenue streams in advanced manufacturing markets.

Troy Fields over 32 years of experience spread across operations and management positions in the energy industry in the United States, Middle East, Far East and Europe. He has held key leadership roles within various business segments focused on optimizing performance, enhancing quality processes & standards, and leveraging technology to drive value and growth.  His deep technical understanding and business acumen has enabled geographical teams to navigate complex challenges and deliver strategic business growth while maintaining efficiency and compliance. Mr. Fields has a proven track record of driving value and innovation in the industry and holds 7 US patents.

Mr. Fields had a 30-year tenure at Schlumberger Limited, including key positions during the integrations of acquired companies Smith International and Cameron International.   

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Rice University.
